01 - How do I register with Darpani?
01 - Follow these steps to register:
    Click on " login or create an account " at the top left side of the page
    now You can see New Customer - Register Account
    now click on " CONTINUE " Button & Enter your details
    After Fill Details click on " CONTINUE " Button
    You are now registered with Darpani.

 

02 - I have forgotten my login password, what can I do?
02 - Please click " Forgotten Password " on the login page & enter your email id. You will receive New Password in your Email.

 

03 - What are the discounts currently running on your site?
03 - We always have discounts and offers on the site for many brands. We suggest you visit our site and click " Specials " at the TOP header side of the page & know more.

 

04 - is COD services Available? In case I return the products, i will charges be credited back?
04 - we NOT provides any COD services. We Provides only PREPAID services. If Buyer Will Return? WE WILL NOT REFUND MONEY. Buyer Can Select Same Price Any Product From Our Website. We Will Send Again....Only Defect/Damage/Wrong Size/Wrong Color products exchange is available only for limited pin codes.

 

05 - I don't know how to place my order?
05 - Follow these steps for place your order:
    Select the product
    Select the Available Options
    Click on " ADD TO CART " Button
    Next Click on " CHECKOUT " Button
    Select the mode of payment & Select Some Options
    Last Click on " CONFIRM ORDER " Button
    NOW Your Order Placed AND you will receive EMAIL to confirmation
    Note your order number
    OR - you can always Contact us and one of our team will help you to place an order.

 

06 - I got ERROR while placing the order. I’m not sure if the order is placed OR not.
06 - For every successful order. you will receive EMAIL for confirm the order. If in case the order was not placed successfully, please place the order again.

 

07 - How do I track my order? How to find Order History?
07 - Follow these steps to track order:
    If you are a Registered customer with Darpani, you can always login into your account and you will be able to see the status of your order in " View your order history "
    If you are a NON-registered customer Register Free with us OR Check Your EMAIL and you will be able to see the order history.

 

08 - Can I see the products before I accept the courier?
08 - We do NOT have open delivery facility at this point in same time.

 

09 - How do I cancel my order?
09 - Order can be cancelled via your Darpani websites your account page until the order is shipped OUT. Login & Go to " View your order history " page and cancel the order. In case the order is already shipped out, sorry NOT possible cancel. 

 

10 - How do I add any other new products OR remove some products from my order?
10 - You will have to Add OR Remove Any Products order via your " View your order history " page. Once done, you can place a fresh order with the required products.

 

11 - Will you list the items ordered on the box / package received?
11 - We follow discreet package, hence we do not mention product details on the package. However we do send an invoice for the order placed with the product details with your parcel.

 

12 - Can I change my shipping address / my Contact details after I have placed my order?
12 - We can certainly change the address in case the order is NOT yet shipped from our END. contact us to get it changed. If the order is already shipped OUT, we will NOT be able to make any change.
 

13 - I am placing an order as a gift to my friend. Will he / Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
13 - As per Indian Tax Regulations, all items ( including gifts ). will be shipped with an invoice mention the price.

 

14 - How long do you take to deliver?
14 - Delivery time depends on your pin code. For indian buyers: We ship your order within 24-48 hours. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 5-7 business days in major cities and 10-15 days......AND......for other difficult locations as per your pin code. For other country buyers: We ship your order within 24-48 hours. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 10-12 business days in major cities and 15-20 days for other difficult locations as per your pin code.  

 

15 - Do you deliver in Our/My area?
15 - for india We deliver to 3500 pin codes across India. You can always check by entering your pin code on the product page. before proceeding to payment.

  

16 - When will I receive my order? How can I check whether it is shipped or not?
16 - We ship all our orders within 24-48 hours. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier details. Also you can check in your " View your order history " page.

 

17 - I got EMAIL saying my order has been dispatched. When will it be delivered? What is my courier tracking number?
17 - Track your order using link in your dispatch EMAIL. You can also check your courier details via same EMAIL. also you can see your order status in your PANEL

 

18 - Tracking number for my shipment appears to be invalid or no records found. Why?
18 - It may take up to 24-48 hours for the order status to be updated on our courier's website. If you are unable to track your shipment within 48 hours, Please try to track after 48 hours in courier services website.

 

19 - I am not in town on the delivery date? Can I choose my delivery date?
 19 - Once the order is placed, before shipped our side please contact us and we will try to deliver the order on your preferred date. Please note that: we do not deliver on Sunday AND Public Holidays.

 

20 - I ordered a gift and by mistake I put my name in the shipping address. How can I change it?
20 - if DISPATCHED we will NOT be able to edit the contact details for the order.

 

21 - I have received ERROR after I entered my Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Wallet details. What shall I do?

21 - We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This can be temporary issue. Please try again after a few minutes.

 

22 - The amount has been deducted from the account but the order has not been placed.
22 - This could be one faced when the transaction times OUT. However if the order is NOT successfully placed in our system, it will automatically Refund / Return the amount to your bank within 5-7 Business Days from ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY SERVICES.

25 - How Does The Return / Exchange Pick-Up Process Work?
25 - STEP 1 - PACK PRODUCT:
      * Gift wrapping charges will NOT be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift WRAP any replacements you have asked for.

    - STEP 2 - SEAL BOX & PASTE RETURN LABEL:
     * Seal the box. This step is important to ensure that courier person does not open/ tamper with contents of the box. Paste the Return label (provided with the original order) on the box.
      In case you do not have the return label, please paste a slip with the following address Click on: Contact us
    - STEP 3 - HANDOVER TO COURIER & RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGED PRODUCT:

     * If your pin code has reverse pickup facility, a courier person will come to your doorstep once the return/exchange process is initiated.
     * In case of Return, handover the packed box to the courier person for return. You will receive the refund in the form OUR Side once we have received the package in our address.
     * In case of Exchange, handover the packed box to the courier person & you will receive your exchanged product at same time.
     * OR - You can also self-ship your products.

 

26 - How Do I Self-Ship Products For Return/Exchange?
26 - STEP 1 - PACK PRODUCT:
      * Pack the products in a Loose Packing/Box

    - STEP 2 - SEAL & PASTE RETURN LABEL:
     * Seal the Pack. This step is important to ensure that the courier partner does not open/ tamper with the contents of the box. Paste the Return label (provided with the original order)
       on the box.

    - STEP 3 - COURIER THE PACKAGE:
     * Ship the package through as you LIKE any courier service.
     * On receipt of the product at the warehouse, WE will be credited to your account along within 5-7 business days.

27 - Can I do both return and exchange on my order?

30 - I have created a Return/Exchange request. When will the product be picked up and exchange product delivered?

30 - Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per your pin code. The product will be picked anywhere between 5-7 business days in india.

 

31 - I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

32 - Can I exchange a product for a different product?
32 - NO

 

33 - Will the discount availed on the original order be applicable on my exchange order?
33 - NO

 

34 - I have initiated Return/Exchange. Can I have my exchange order delivered to a different address?
34 - NO. Once the return/exchange request is initiated, the address CAN'T be changed.

 

35 - What if I'm not available when the pickup is being attempted?
35 - Courier person will attempt to contact you 2 times. You can let him know a convenient time to pick the product.

 

36 - What If the product I want to exchange is out of stock?
36 - You may choose to return and place a new order for a different product.

 

37 - Can I pay using my Credit Card / Debit card / Net Banking / Wallets ?

37 - YES, we accept all major Credit Cards & Debit cards & Banks & Wallets by Online.
